Are you Insured and bonded to perform maid and cleaning service?
We are fully insured and bonded as well as have liability and employee accident coverage. Your home and our stuff are included in the coverage. Certificate validating our insurance is available upon your request.

Green Apple Maids, Inc. guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with the work performed. We stand behind our products and services. If for any reason you fell that we fell short in an area, we will come back within 24 hours and re-clean it free of charge.
Must I be home when you clean my home or office?
It’s your choice. Some of our customers remain at home while we perform our services while others leave us a key in a safe place each visit.
How do I protect my keys?
Your key is secured in a locked key storage to which only Green Apple Maids manager has access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your cleaning service. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to a secure location.
How many people will clean my home?
Pending on the nature of the job we provide the necessary number of cleaning stuff. We often work in teams to be most efficient because each employee can concentrate on a specific task while in your home or office.
What if I like something cleaned that is not part of your home cleaning system?
We will be glad to provide you with additional cleaning requests. Green Apple Maids, Inc. offers a wide variety of additional Residential or Commercial services and special projects that can be tailored to your exact needs.
Do you provide your own cleaning products?
Green Apple Maids, inc. will always arrive at your home or office with one of company vehicles and with our own cleaning products and equipment. All of our products are environmentally friendly, safe for children and pets.
Are your cleaning teams trained and supervised?
Our cleaning stuff is trained before they are permitted to enter your home or office. Training continues as we learn about new products and methods. Managers make periodic visits to homes and offices to ensure we’re meeting service commitments.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
You may pay with a certified check, money order or accepted credit cards. In addition, based on a contract and frequency we can work out a payment plan.

Are your employees legal citizens of the U.S.?
Green Apple Maids, Inc. complies with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) and follows procedures to verify that employees are authorized to work in the U.S. All employees are required to fill out form I-9, the employment eligibility verification form, and provide necessary employment eligibility documentation, experience and a thorough background check before starting.
